Why did I sign up for ButcherBox?
I started my Butcher Box membership back in January 2020. During that month, I was looking for a better and more convenient way to purchase meat. I’d go to the grocery store and it was a hit or miss when it comes to stock and quality. I saw a video about Butcher Box on Youtube and started looking into meat box delivery subscription options, Butcher Box just stood out. Butcher Box Review and Experience
I’ve only had positive experiences with my butcherbox subscription, two are pretty notable.
The first one is during the pandemic I did not have to worry about meat because ButcherBox went on a waitlist for new members, making sure their current member's orders were fulfilled. Even as of 2022 there are supply chain issues when it comes to purchasing quality meat at my local grocery stores.
The second would be out-of-stock items, customer service is on point. There was one time I ordered boneless skinless chicken thighs. ButcherBox mailed bone-in chicken thighs and gave me a credit on my next box, just awesome.

There are three subscription options curated or custom and two sizes to choose from. For the custom, you choose your protein options six for classic and 12 for big box. For the basic and curated boxes, ButcherBox ships an amazing box based on your choice of classic or big box. You can choose a curated box with mixed meats, beef & pork, beef & chicken, or all beef.

Sign Up Offers - When I first signed up I received Free Chicken Wings for the life of my account. Later on when it was offered I added Free Ground Beef, Free Chicken Drumsticks, and Free Bacon for the life of my account. The offer was a one time fee and I receive the meat every time I order.
Daily Deals and Add-Ons - When you become a member Butcher Box sends you an email that their daily deals have been posted. You log into your account and click on the deal and it will be charged and shipped with your next box. Throughout my two-year membership, Butcher Box has added seafood options, new meat cuts and options, and different cuts of meat seasonally. Butcher box offers chicken, beef, pork, bison, turkey, lamb, shrimp, salmon, scallops, cod, halibut, and lobster tails.
