    Eating Grapes with Alcohol

    Grapes Varieties

Choose any of your favorite seedless grape varieties, reds, greens, and dark purples. Grape varieties can vary in flavor, color, and shape, the sky’s the limit. You can also taste the grapes to see how sweet it is and forgo the sugar altogether, it will still be amazing.

What kind of wine should I use to make drunken grapes?

When it comes to wine, I’m all about picking one that you love and will drink right out of the bottle. Your guests will want to know what kind of wine you used, choose one you love or would serve.  You can use red, white, sweet moscotto or sparklings like processco or champagne.

    Non-Alcoholic Frosted Grapes

To make these amazing frozen grapes without alcohol use unsweetened or lightly sweetened juice or flavored soda. Especially if you want to roll the grapes in the sugar for the crunch. You can also choose a nonalcoholic wine if you prefer.

    How To Make Infused Grapes?

    Marinating the grapes

The longer you marinate the grapes in the wine the better. Can be as little as 30 minutes, overnight, or a couple of days.

If you want to really infuse the wine into the grapes, use a toothpick to poke a few holes into the grape skins.

    Serving Frozen Drunken Grapes

These frosted grapes can be served in individual glasses or in a large pretty glass bowl or serving dish. Keep them in the freezer until ready to serve, don't leave them too long outside of the freezer.

You can also place a chilled bottle of wine, champagne, or prosecco next to a few empty glasses and a bowl of frozen tipsy grapes. So your guest can put a few grapes into their glass or have a sweet accompaniment along with it.
