Sausage Cornbread Stuffing Muffins  "Stuffins"

The easiest and cutest way to serve stuffing is a muffin. "Stuffins" are so popular during the holiday dinners.

All the classic flavors of traditional cornbread sausage stuffing. Including cubed cornbread (I used Jiffy Mix), onion, celery, garlic, sausage, butter, broth, and herbs.

In a skillet saute cooked sausage, butter, vegetables, and herbs.

Mix together the cornbread, sausage mixture, and broth.

Portion into the muffin pan with a scoop.

Bake until nice and golden brown.
