Easy Pineapple Jam
This easy homemade pineapple jam only need 2 simple ingredients, fresh pineapples and sugar. No canning and No pectin required.

- 1 ¾ cup Fresh Pineapple
- ¼ cup White Sugar or to taste
- Water if needed
Into a blender add pineapple, blend until very smooth. Add water if needed.
To a saucepan add blended pineapple and sugar.
On low to medium heat reduce sauce until thickened. Mixing to prevent burning.
You'll know it's done when it has a similar texture to applesauce.
Let cool and place in an airtight container or jar. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy.
