Pineapple Preserves
Easy homemade pineapple preserves only need 2 simple ingredients, fresh pineapples and sugar. No canning and No pectin required.

- 1 ¾ cup Fresh Pineapple roughly chopped
- ¼ cup White Sugar or to taste
In a food processor or blender, pulse pineapple until chunky. Just a few pulses.
Remove about ½ cup of the chopped pineapple and reserve to mix in later.
Fully process or blend the remaining pineapple until smooth.
To a saucepan add the blending pineapple and sugar.
On low to medium heat reduce the sauce until thickened. Mixing to prevent burning.
Add reserved ½ cup pineapple and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
Let cool and place in an airtight container or jar. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy.
