Easy Pineapple Habanero Sauce

Make this fresh sweet and spicy tropical hot sauce with only 5 ingredients. This no cook recipe can be made in less than 10 minutes.

Equipment

  • Food Processor or Blender
  • Disposable Gloves
  • Glass Bowl
  • Sieve or Strainer
  • Spoon or Rubber Spatula
  • Empty Glass Hot Sauce Bottle or Container
  • Small Funnel or Zipper Bag

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Pineapple Fresh, Frozen, or Canned (Roughly Chopped)
  • 1 whole Habanero Peppers Yellow or Orange
  • 2 whole Fresh Garlic Cloves (Peeled) or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup White Vinegar Add extra if you would like a thinner sauce
  • ½ -1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Place disposable gloves onto your hands. Use it throughout the whole recipe and cleaning.
  • Add all ingredients into the food processor. Blend until very smooth.
  • Optional - With a fine sieve and a glass bowl. Strain the sauce little by little into the bowl. Add extra vinegar if you would like a thinner sauce.
  • With a very small funnel or (plastic zipper with the end cut off), place finished sauce into a glass bottle. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

Always use gloves when handling hot pepper. Even when washing or cleaning the tools and dishes.
