Easy Garlic Bread (TikToK Recipe)

The easiest garlic bread recipe on TikTok uses garlic powder on regular sliced sandwich bread. Top with cheese and baked. It’s also pretty quick to prep and make, about 10 minutes if you use an air fryer. The oven is a bit longer

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet Pan
  • Knife
  • Parchment Paper or Foil
  • Oven Mitts

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices of Bread
  • ⅓-1/2 cup Butter (softened) More or less based on preference.
  • 1-2 teaspoon Garlic Powder More or less based on preference.
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 6 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
  • 3 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a sheet pan or metal tray with parchment paper or foil.

Rolls and Buns

  • If using rolls or buns butter one side. Place on the sheet pan leaving an inch or two space in between each piece.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
    Garlic Cheese Bread: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top with a slice of mozzarella.
  • Place into the oven for about 4-6 minutes. They are ready when it's golden brown to your liking or preference. Keep an eye on them, they can burn easily.
  • Remove from the oven let cool a bit and serve warm. Enjoy.

Sliced Bread

  • Grab the sliced bread and butter both sides. Place on the sheet pan leaving an inch or two space in between each piece.
  • Sprinkle with ½ the amount of garlic powder and parsley. Place into the oven for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove from them oven and carefully flip the sliced bread over.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining garlic powder and parsley.
    Garlic Cheese Bread: Top with parmesan cheese and a slice of mozzarella.
  • Raise the oven temp to broil and place back into the oven for another 3 minutes. They are ready when it's golden brown to your liking or preference. Keep an eye on them, they can burn easily.
  • Remove from the oven let cool a bit and serve warm. Enjoy.
