Lemon Crumble Cobbler

This easy lemon crumble with cake mix and lemon pie filling. You'll only need 3 ingredients to make the most delicious summer dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups Lemon Cake Mix
  • 22 oz Lemon Pie Filling, Canned
  • ½ cup Butter, very soft

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
  • In a mixing bowl, add the lemon cake mix and butter. Using a fork, mix until the topping is a crumbly texture. Set aside.
  • Grab a 9x13 baking dish and dump the lemon pie filling. Spread into a single layer
  • Top evenly with the crumbly lemon cake mix topping.
  • Baked uncovered for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  • Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy.
