Restaurant Style Alfredo Sauce
The best restaurant style Alfredo sauce made with only 3 ingredients. It's so creamy and thick perfect to mix with fettuccini noodles. No roux and no butter.

- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- 3-4 slices American Cheese, cubed
Pour heavy cream into a skillet.
Bring to a simmer on low medium for 2 minutes.
Add parmesan and American cheese little by little and mix after each addition.
Whisk until smooth. Simmer for about a minute or two. Note: Can be reduced if you like thick sauce, it does thicken when cooling. Pour or toss the sauce in fettuccine noodles. Garnish with extra parmesan and chopped parsley.
