TikTok Cinnamon Rolls with Half and Half
These viral TikTok cinnamon rolls will be your go to for breakfast, snack, or during the holidays. Made without heavy cream substituting it with half and half, dark brown sugar, glaze and topping with copycat Cinnabon cream cheese frosting.

- 1 Store Bought Canned Cinnamon Rolls (Jumbo or Large Size)
- ½-3/4 cup Half and Half
Cinnamon Brown Sugar Topping
- ¼ cup Butter (Melted) (½ stick)
- ¼ cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Copycat Cinnabon Cream Cheese Frosting (Optional)
- ¼ cup Butter (softened)
- 4oz Cream Cheese (softened) (½ block)
- 2 ½ cups Powdered Sugar (Sifted)
- ½ teaspoon Lemon Extract
Make Cinnamon Brown Sugar Topping
In a mixing bowl add melted butter, dark brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Mix well to form a thick consistency. Set aside.
Make TikTok Cinnamon Rolls
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
In a 9x13 baking dish place the jumbo cinnamon rolls. Space them out leaving room for them to expand.
Pour half and half around each of the cinnamon rolls and a little bit on top of them.
Top each roll with a spoonful of the cinnamon brown sugar glaze topping.
Cover the baking dish with foil and place into the oven.
Bake covered for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5-10 minutes.
Top with included icing or copycat Cinnabon cream cheese frosting. Serve warm and enjoy.

In a mixing bowl add softened cream cheese and butter. Mix well.
Add in sifted powdered sugar and lemon extract. Mix well.
Place into a airtight container or jar. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
