Easy Skillet Green Bean Casserole
The best green bean casserole is made right in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop, no blanching or oven required.

Ingredients

Fresh Green Beans
Cut to your preference or whole

cup
Condensed Mushroom Soup
½
cup
Sour Cream

tablespoon
Butter

cup
Fried Onions
salt and pepper
Instructions
In skillet saute butter and green beans on medium high heat, until desired texture. Remove green beans from skillet and set a side.
Reduce heat to low medium, add condensed soup, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until bubbly and reduce your sauce.
Add your green beans and toss together with sauce.
When ready to serve, top with fried onions.
Notes
Top your skillet casserole with crispy onions when ready to serve to keep it crispy. Crispy onion will softened if topped ahead of time.
