Easy Refrigerator Dill Pickles - One Jar Recipe
This easy overnight small batch pickle recipe makes one jar. Taste so fresh, crunchy, and flavorful.

- 3 Mini Cucumbers (4 inches in length cut into 4 spears or sliced)
- ½ teaspoon ½ teaspoon Dry Dill Weed (2 teaspoon Fresh Dill)
- ¾ cup Water + extra water of need to fill your jar
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 3-4 pieces All Spice Berries
- 1,4 teaspoon Whole Mustard Seeds
- 5 pieces Whole Black Peppercorns
- 1 Whole Dry Chili (Chili de Arbol)
Cut your cucumber into 4 spears or slices. Place into your jar or storage container.
In a saucepan add ¾ cup water, vinegar, salt, sugar, and all other flavorings or spices.
Bring brine to a boil and cool completely.
Pour the cooled brine onto the cucumbers in the jar. If needed add additional cold water to cover the cucumbers.
Cover the jar and place it into the refrigerator.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours but overnight is best. Enjoy.
