BBQ Turkey Sliders
These easy BBQ turkey sliders recipe has soft Hawaiian rolls, tender shredded turkey mixed with barbecue sauce, and melty cheese. Great way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving.

- 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 3 cups Roasted Turkey, shredded or pulled
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 10 slices Yellow Cheddar Cheese
- 1 small Red Onion, sliced
- 12 Pickles, bread and butter
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
Layer
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in a rimmed sheet pan.
Add a layer of 4 slices of cheddar cheese.
Spread the turkey bbq mixture evenly.
Top with sliced red onion and pickles.
Add the remaining layer of cheese and place the top half of the rolls.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is lightly golden brown. Slice into individual sliders, then serve. Enjoy.
