- 1 11.36oz Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 2 cups Buttermilk, cold
- 1 ⅓ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 ½ cups Yellow Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Sugar (optional)
- Onion and Garlic Powder (optional)
Garlic Butter Topping
- Enclosed Herb Seasoning Packet
- 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter, melted
Make The Biscuit Mixture
In a mixing bowl, add the Red Lobster biscuit mix, flour, baking powder, and optional sugar, garlic, and onion powder. Mix well to get any lumps out.
Mix or fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour in the cold buttermilk. Mix until a dough is formed or just combined, try not to overmix.
Garlic Herb Butter
In a small mixing bowl add the melted butter and the herb seasoning packet. Mix well.
Remove the biscuits from the oven. Brush on the herb butter while the biscuits are hot. Allow them to cool for at least 10 minutes.
