- 1 English Cucumber, sliced thinly (about ¼ inch)
- ¼ cup Red or White Onion, sliced thinly (about ¼ inch)
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mayo
- 2 tablespoon Whipped Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice or Vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Fresh Dill or Dried
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a deli container or mixing bowl add cucumbers and onions.
Top with sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dill.
Shake the deli container or mix with a rubber spatula. The creamy dressing should coat the cucumbers. Ready to Enjoy. Keep chilled in the refrigerator.
For easier mixing in a deli container use a fork, if needed during the shaking process.
