Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth, I like to use a hand mixer.
Fold in the jalapeño peppers, bacon, green onions, chicken, and shredded cheese.
Scrape the popper mixture into a baking dish and spread into an even layer.
Sprinkle the Panko breadcrumbs or crushed Ritz crackers.
Place uncovered into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Bake until the topping is golden and the dip is bubbly.
Carefully remove from the oven and top with green onions and extra jalapeños. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables. Enjoy.
