Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls

You'll love these 3 ingredients sausage balls with pimento cheese. Made with bisquick or red lobster biscuit mix. It's the perfect appetizer to serve with sweet chili sauce, honey mustard or ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sausage, uncooked
  • 12 oz Pimento Cheese, homemade or Palmetto
  • 1 ½ cups Bisquick or Red Lobster Biscuit Mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • To a large mixing bowl add the sausage, pimento cheese, and biscuit mix.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined. You can use your hands, stand or hand mixer.
  • Portion with a cookie scoop. Roll into a ball and place onto a parchment lined sheet pan.
  • Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with a dipping sauce. Enjoy.
