  • Large Cookie or Ice Cream Scoop
  • Cheese Grater

Ingredients

  • 1 11.36oz Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • ½ teaspoon onion and garlic powder (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  • ¼ cup Butter (salted or unsalted)
  • Enclosed Herb Seasoning Packet

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl add the biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, and extra spices (if preferred). Mix well.
  • Add in buttermilk. Mix until a dough is formed, try not to over mix.
  • With a large cookie or ice cream scoop portion the biscuit dough onto the sheet pan. Try to space them out about 2 inches apart. About 8-10 biscuits.
  • Place them into the oven and bake for 14-16 minutes.
  • In a microwave safe bowl melt the butter. Then add the herb seasoning packet. Mix well.
  • Remove the biscuits from the oven. Brush on the herb butter while the biscuits are hot.
  • Serve warm and Enjoy.
