Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl add the biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, and extra spices (if preferred). Mix well.
Add in buttermilk. Mix until a dough is formed, try not to over mix.
With a large cookie or ice cream scoop portion the biscuit dough onto the sheet pan. Try to space them out about 2 inches apart. About 8-10 biscuits.
Place them into the oven and bake for 14-16 minutes.
In a microwave safe bowl melt the butter. Then add the herb seasoning packet. Mix well.
Remove the biscuits from the oven. Brush on the herb butter while the biscuits are hot.
