Ingredients
2cupsRotisserie Chicken Shredded or Cubed
18oz Cream Cheese, softened
110.5oz Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup Can
1tablespoonRanch Seasoning Mix
1cupSour Cream
½cupBacon, fully cooked and chopped
1-2cups Sharp Cheddar or Colby Jack, shredded
1-2SleevesRitz Crackers, crushed
¼cupUnsalted Butter, melted
Salt, Pepper, and Seasoning of Choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, cream chicken soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Mix well with a whisk.
Fold in shredded cheese, bacon, and chicken.
Place mixture into an 9x13 baking dish and spread into an even layer. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl add crushed ritz crackers and melted butter. Mix well with a fork.
Sprinkle buttered ritz crackers onto the casserole. Place in the oven uncovered.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Carefully remove from the oven and let cool.
Serve with pasta, baked potato, biscuits, Texas toast, vegetables, salad, or as a dip.
Notes
If you want an extra cheesy texture, I recommend adding an additional can of cheddar cheese soup and at least one cup of extra shredded cheese.
