Ritz Cracker Chicken Casserole

This cheesy Ritz chicken casserole will be your go to dinner or dip. It has savory rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, bacon, condensed soup, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and cheese.

  • Measuring Tools
  • Mixing Spoon or Rubber Spatula
  • Whisk
  • Cheese Grater
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken Shredded or Cubed
  • 1 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 10.5oz Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup Can
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Bacon, fully cooked and chopped
  • 1-2 cups Sharp Cheddar or Colby Jack, shredded
  • 1-2 Sleeves Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • Salt, Pepper, and Seasoning of Choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, cream chicken soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Mix well with a whisk.
  • Fold in shredded cheese, bacon, and chicken.
  • Place mixture into an 9x13 baking dish and spread into an even layer. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl add crushed ritz crackers and melted butter. Mix well with a fork.
  • Sprinkle buttered ritz crackers onto the casserole. Place in the oven uncovered.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Carefully remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Serve with pasta, baked potato, biscuits, Texas toast, vegetables, salad, or as a dip.

Notes

If you want an extra cheesy texture, I recommend adding an additional can of cheddar cheese soup and at least one cup of extra shredded cheese.
