Recipe testing this casserole made an easy comfort dinner. Your family is going to ask for it every week. You’ll have it on the table in 30 minutes.
It has all the delicious flavors that are similar to recipes like Crack Chicken, Millionaire Chicken, and Poppy Chicken (without the poppy seeds).

Ingredients
Chicken -Store-bought rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken. Remove the skin and shred or cut it into chunks.
Bacon - Fully cooked with a slightly crisp texture. Look for shortcut fully cooked store bought options in the refrigerator section and in the grocery store aisles.
Ranch Powder- Hidden Valley is popular or a homemade version would be delicious.
Canned Soup - Cream of chicken or any condensed soup of choice. You can also make it homemade.
Sour Cream- I love the full fat Daisy brand.
Cheese - Full fat cream cheese, cheddar, or colby jack is recommended.
Crackers - Any butter flavored crackers would be delicious. I like Ritz with a hint of salt.
Butter- Unsalted or salted.
