I've always had a passion for food and love love to cook and bake at home. It all started from childhood learning and cooking with my dad, mom, aunts, uncle, and extended family. Learning turned into the love of cooking and baking for others, like my brothers, cousins, friends, and at special family events. My Caribbean background and living in the NY/NJ Area made me love cooking and eating even more.
Also having over 15 years of amazing "non traditional" experience in the food industry, everything from taking a few culinary courses in the Caribbean, high school, and community college in New Jersey. To waiting tables and bartending at numerous restaurants in Newark Airport. It's been quite an adventure.
