If you're looking for an easy sweet treat, this recipe is a must-try. Perfect after-school snack, dessert, or Sunday brunch.

The key is in the flaky and buttery crescent rolls. Keep an extra can in the refrigerator to whip this up in no time.

Ingredients

Crescent Rolls- In the refrigerated section, I’ve seen the Original flavor, Sweet Hawaiian, Butter Flake, and Honey Butter.

Sugars and Cinnamon- Powdered Sugar for the icing. Light and Dark Brown Sugar are best. You can substitute granulated sugar if you prefer, but it won’t have that deep cinnamon roll flavor and color.

Butter & Milk- I like to use salted butter. Heavy cream or whole milk to add flavor and a thick texture to the vanilla glaze.

Vanilla Extract- I like to use clear vanilla extract to keep the icing a bright white color.

Pizza Sizes

One 8-oz can of crescent rolls can make a large 10-12-inch dessert pizza or make two 6-inch mini pizzas.

It’s the perfect dessert if you have leftover crescent roll dough. Another option would be to use ½ a can for traditional crescent rolls for dinner and the other half for one 6-inch mini dessert pizza. I’ve definitely done this.

How To Serve

This can be served all year round for dinners, brunch, parties, potlucks, and pizza nights.

Serve warm with lots of vanilla glaze and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Additional Topping Options: Carmel sauce, crushed cookies, mini chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, store-bought cream cheese frosting, sprinkles, toasted almonds, or glazed pecans.

Storage and Leftovers

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container or freezer ziplock bag in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Reheat the slices in the microwave, checking them in 5-second intervals until warm through.

Step-By-Step Instructions and Photos
