Small Pie Crust Recipe

This 6 inch small pie crust recipe uses the no roll method. You'll only 4 ingredients for this all butter crust made in 5 minutes right in the pie pan.

Equipment

  • 6 Inch Pie Pan
  • Spoon or Fork
  • Measuring Tools
  • Microwavable Bowl

Ingredients

  • ⅔-1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼-1/3 cup Melted Butter or Oil
  • 3-4 tsp Milk or Water
  • 1-2 tsp Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • In your pie pan add the flour, sugar, melted butter or oil, and milk or preferred substitutions.
  • Mix with a fork or spoon until combined.
  • With your hands press and flatten out dough evenly throughout pie pan.
  • Can form a decorative pie edging with the fork (optional). Ready to use in your recipes.

Notes

Use the lower measurements (⅔ cup flour, ¼ cup melted butter or oil and 3 teaspoon milk or water) if you would like not to have a decorative edge.
Use the higher measurements (1 cup flour, ⅓ cup melted butter or oil and 4 teaspoon milk or water) if you would like a decorative edge.
