This chicken tot pot pie casserole is a twist on a traditional chicken pot pie dinner. It has rotisserie chicken, tater tots, condensed soup, mixed vegetables, and cheese.

2-3cupsRotisserie Chicken Shredded or Cubed
24ozFrozen Tater Tots
110.5ozCondensed Cream of Chicken Soup Canor Condensed Soup of Choice
1 cupSour Cream
¾cupWhole Milk or Half and Half
1 ½cupsFrozen Mixed Vegetables
1cupSharp Cheddar or Colby Jack, shredded
2tsp Poultry Seasoning or Chicken Gravy Mix
Salt, Pepper, and Spices of Choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a 9x13 baking dish dump the condensed chicken soup, sour cream, milk or half and half, poultry seasoning, and spices. Mix well with a whisk.
Fold in mixed vegetables, cheese, and chicken. Mix well and spread into a single layer.
Top with frozen tater tots.
Place into the oven uncovered and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Let cool and Enjoy.
Notes
If you want an extra cheesy texture, I recommend adding an additional can of cheddar cheese soup and at least one cup of extra shredded cheese.
