Thanksgiving Sub Sandwich
The best way to eat those Thanksgiving leftovers. Roasted turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and mayo on a toasted sub roll.

- 1 Sub Roll
- 8 oz Roasted Turkey, Sliced
- ½ cup Stuffing
- 3 tablespoon Cranberry Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mayo
- 2 Provolone, Slices (optional)
Warm up the stuffing and sliced turkey in the microwave.
Spilt the sub roll in half and toast, in a skillet or toaster oven. Add optional cheese if preferred.
Top with stuffing and turkey on one side of the roll. On the other half spread mayo and cranberry sauce.
Place on top bun and cut in half. Serve with some potato chips and a drink. Enjoy.
