It's like Thanksgiving Dinner in a sandwich, so delicious and satisfying. Honestly I could eat this all year round.

Leftover Turkey Sandwich

The Friday after Thanksgiving go to your refrigerator and grab those leftovers.

Down view of silver sheet tray with prepped sandwich ingredients. White sub roll, sliced turkey, sliced provolone cheese, cranberry sauce, may and stuffing.

Ingredients

Bread- Individual long sub roll or large one cut into pieces. You could always substitute sandwich bread as well.

Turkey- Cut the deep fried or roasted turkey just the way you like it, thin or thick.

Stuffing- Any flavor will work, I used my favorite sausage cornbread dressing.

Cranberry Sauce- Homemade or canned cranberry sauce.

Mayo - Use your favorite brand.

Cheese - This is optional but I love cheese, I chose provolone.

  • Dip the Sandwich in warm gravy and mashed potatoes.
  • Sprinkle on crispy onions for a crunchy bite.
