It’s such a popular dump and go crockpot recipe seen all over social media, especially TikTok. Definitely a must try.

Ingredients in their packaging. Chuck roast, mini potatoes, stick butter, garlic bulb and bottles of spices.

Ingredients

Beef - Chuck Roast is my go to, alternatives like round or sirloin can be used as well.

Potatoes- Any variety of mini potatoes can be used. You can also cut larger potatoes into quarter pieces.

Garlic- Freshly chopped or precut in the jar aka “jarlic”

Spices & Seasonings - Use your favorite steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Butter - Unsalted, salted or dairy-free.

Cooking Times

I’ve owned a few brands of crockpots and slow cookers and noticed cooking times can vary. Some cook quicker than others. Adjust cooking times accordingly based on yours.

For these steak bites it’s recommended 4 hours on High or 8 hours on Low.

White dinner plate with finished steak bites, mini potatoes topped with cheese and sour cream and garden salad with ranch dressing.

Serving

Since this one pot meal has both meat and potatoes serve with a vegetable, salad and rolls. I like to top the potatoes with butter, sour cream and parsley.
