Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 4-6oz Yogurt Cup (Flavor of Choice)
  • 2 teaspoon Honey (Sweetener of Choice)

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Yogurt Clusters

  • ½ cup Fresh Strawberries (Rinsed and Chopped)
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2-4 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • Sea Salt

White Chocolate Covered Blueberry Lemon Yogurt Clusters

  • ½ cup Fresh Whole Blueberries (Rinsed)
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 2-4 teaspoon Coconut Oil (Extra if needed)
  • 1 Whole Lemon (Zested) (Divided into Two Portions)

Peanut Butter Covered Banana Yogurt Clusters

  • ½ cup Fresh Banana (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2-4 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • Drizzle of Honey

Instructions

Melt Chocolate or Peanut Butter In Microwave

  • In a microwave safe bowl add chocolate chips or peanut butter and coconut oil.
  • Microwave in 15 second intervals, mixing in between each interval until smooth. Let cool a bit making sure it's not too hot to dip.

Line a Sheet Pan

  • Line a quarter size sheet pan or plate with parchment paper.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Yogurt Clusters

  • In a small mixing bowl add yogurt, honey, and chopped fresh strawberries. Mix well.
  • Portion with a ¼ cup scoop the mixture onto parchment lined sheet pan. Makes about 4.
  • Place into the freezer to be frozen solid, about 90 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Remove the frozen yogurt cluster from the sheet pan and dip them into the melted semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Place back onto the sheet pan and immediately top with a sprinkle of sea salt. Repeat with the remaining clusters.
  • Place back into the freezer for another 5-10 minutes to harden the coating. Enjoy.

White Chocolate Covered Blueberry Lemon Yogurt Clusters

  • In a small mixing bowl add yogurt, honey, ½ of the lemon zest, and the whole fresh blueberries. Mix well.
  • Portion with a ¼ cup scoop the mixture onto parchment lined sheet pan. Makes about 4.
  • Place into the freeze to be frozen solid, about 90 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Remove the frozen yogurt cluster from the sheet pan and dip them into the melted white chocolate.
  • Place back onto the sheet pan and immediately top with a sprinkle of the reserved lemon zest. Repeat with the remaining clusters.
  • Place back into the freezer for another 5-10 minutes to harden the coating. Enjoy.

Peanut Butter Covered Banana Yogurt Clusters

  • In a small mixing bowl add yogurt, honey, and chopped fresh bananas. Mix Well.
  • Portion with a ¼ cup scoop the mixture onto parchment lined sheet pan. Makes about 4.
  • Place into the freeze to be frozen solid, about 90 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Remove the frozen yogurt cluster from the sheet pan and dip them into the melted peanut butter.
  • Place back onto the sheet pan and repeat with the remaining clusters. Swirl the peanut butter coating a bit and drizzle the honey.
  • Place back into the freezer for another 5-10 minutes to harden the coating. Enjoy.
