Tips and Suggestions
Be sure to freeze the clusters solid before dipping them into the melted chocolate or coating.
Don’t skimp on the coconut oil, it allows the coating to be thin and smooth.
Change up the yogurt flavors, like cheesecake, key lime, orange creme, or cookies and cream.
Make them bite size if you want small poppable frozen treats.
You can skip the dipping and just drizzle the coating onto the clusters. Make sure to store them in the freezer, the refrigerator will make them too soft.
How To Store Yogurt Clusters
If you want cool and crisp clusters, freezing them is the way to go. They can be stored in a freezer zipper bag or airtight container for up to a month.
For soft and creamy yogurt clusters, store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
