Viral TikTok Lasagna Layerless Sheet Pan Recipe

Why did this recipe go viral? Easy pasta recipes are so popular on TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube.  This lasagna hack was shared by the Pioneer Woman and Giada de Laurentiis. No layering and comes out thin, saucy, cheesy, and crispy. Yum.

This recipe is made in a quarter sheet pan about 13’’x 9’’ inches, perfect serving for four. It can be easily doubled to use a half sheet pan, 13’’x18’’ inches to serve about eight. Also, this recipe has no spinach, but it can be easily added if you prefer.

What’s not to love? Quick and easy to make and the whole family will be asking for it every week.

Sheet pan lasagna ingredients in there packages. Lasagna, ground beef, fresh onion and garlic, mozzarella cheese, pasta sauce, ricotta cheese, and shredded parmesan.

Ingredients and Substitutions

Ground Beef - Any ground meat would be delicious, beef, turkey, chicken, and Italian sausage. Also, season your ground meat to your preference.

Pasta Sauce - Add your favorite brand and flavor, I like a classic marinara. Garlic, vegetable, or mushroom would be delicious.

Aromatics - Fresh chopped onion, garlic, and Italian parsley. Use dry ground spices in a pinch.

Pasta - Lasagna noodles, broken in pieces, and cook to the package directions.

Ricotta Cheese -  Whole milk is preferred but low fat can be substituted. If you prefer cottage cheese, place it in the food processor and pulse a few times for it to be slightly smoother.

Shredded Cheese - Parmesan and whole milk mozzarella. To save time used pre-shredded cheese but shredding it from the block is better. Tips and Suggestions
