Buffalo Chicken Dip is my go to appetizer. Its oven baked with layered creamy and cheesy perfection. You’ll only need 5 ingredients including rotisserie chicken and cream cheese.

I love recipe testing buffalo chicken dips, this time I decided to make a layered version.
The bottom layer is cream cheese, the second layer is creamy buffalo chicken and the top is gooey cheese. Yum.

Overall dips are my favorite appetizers to serve for game days, parties, and holidays. They are so easy to make and can easily feed a crowd.
This recipe can be made ahead or prepped the night before the big day, it takes just 30 minutes to bake.

Ingredients
Cooked Chicken - A store-bought rotisserie or homemade cooked chicken is the easiest way to go. Remove the skin and shred or cut it into chunks.
Cream Cheese- Full fat is best, but low fat can be used in a pinch.
Cheese- Cheddar or Colby jack are recommend. Add mozzarella for extra cheese pull.
Sauces - Ranch dressing and Buffalo sauce. You can use your favorite store bought but I love to use homemade versions.

Rotisserie Chicken
I like to add rotisserie chicken to creamy dips. You can find it at most grocery stores and membership clubs.
It’s a great shortcut and makes the dip so filling and satisfying. One chicken can be added to bulk up 2-3 recipes depending on the size.
