The best white chocolate for strawberries depends on your budget and how sweet you like your chocolate.
“White Chocolate” is not actually chocolate because it does not contain cocoa. Many of the premium brands of white chocolate have cocoa butter verses compound chocolate that has a larger percent of oil . You’ll see terms like white chips, wafers, or melts because of this technicality.

Premium White Chocolate
The best white chocolate has cocoa butter which imparts a sweet creamy taste. You’ll find actual white chocolate typically in a bar. Popular premium brands are Ghirardelli, Lindt, and Baker’s. There are other great options from these brands including melting wafers and chips.
Ghirardelli wafers and chips do not have cocoa butter, but is very popular with professional candy treat makers. It melts easily, has a nice white color, and taste great. I always have baking chips on hand in my pantry for melting and cookies.
